The Catalyst Team is seeking a **Senior QA Automation Lead** to join our full\-time team as a full\-time employee. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and oversee quality engineering (QE) elements in large\-scale enterprise projects. * Coordinate with cross\-functional teams to ensure solution quality and compliance with standards. * Design, develop, and maintain test automation for web applications, RESTful APIs, and databases. * Execute tests using **Java**, **TestNG**, and **Selenium WebDriver**. * Integrate automation with CI/CD tools such as **Jenkins** and version control with **Git**. * Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid\-level developers, promoting QA best practices. * Apply agile and design methodologies (**Design Thinking, Lean, Agile**) to improve processes and outcomes. * Take ownership of team deliverables, ensuring quality objectives and deadlines are met. **Key Requirements:** * Strong experience in test automation and database validation. * Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate QA activities on complex projects. * Excellent communication skills to convey technical issues and solutions clearly across all levels of the organization. * Proactive in learning new technologies and tools. * Positive attitude, responsible, and team\-oriented. **Good to have:** * Experience in developing **test automation frameworks**. * Knowledge of **Spring Boot**. * Experience with **mock services.** **\#QualityEngineer\#TestAutomation\#Selenium\#Java\#TestNG\#Lead**
