Requirements:\- Ability to leverage AI coding workflows.\- Expertise in using Claude Code to engineer systems.\- Expert in backend languages such as Go, Rust, Node.js, or Python with focus on performance and scalability.\- Strong experience designing and building RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.\- Solid understanding of database design, optimization, and data modeling (SQL and NoSQL).\- Ability to design, build and maintain scalable distributed systems that meet strict reliability requirements.\- Ability to work independently while collaborating on high\-level goals in a small team of experts. Nice to haves:\- Experience with real\-time systems, WebSockets, and event\-driven architectures.\- Experience with game backend services (matchmaking, leaderboards, player data, etc.).\- Familiarity with message queues and streaming platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis).\- Experience with microservices architecture and service mesh.\- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
