




**Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or related field * **Minimum 2 years of experience (Preferably in condominium management, real estate, or similar sectors)** * Proficiency in COI / ASPEL / HAUS * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills **Responsibilities:** * Record and supervise daily accounting operations * Perform bank reconciliations * Monitor cash flow and income by category * Support budget preparation and tracking * Conduct daily follow-up on customer accounts receivable * Prepare and send monthly statements * Record payments in the accounting or management system * Maintain an updated database of payments, delinquencies, and payment agreements * Manage payment agreements and track their execution * Maintain clear and courteous communication with users * Support issuance of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers **Job Offer** * **Competitive salary** * **Statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, Christmas bonus, vacation days, vacation premium)** * **Work location: CUAJIMALPA** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: Onsite employment
