Digital Analyst Position Objective: Execute implementation, adaptation, and utilization activities of digital tools and visualization (e.g., PBI) within operations to ensure compliance with each factory's implementation goals, thereby contributing to the optimization and efficiency of production processes. Responsibilities **Implementation of Connected Worker solutions:** - Configure Connected Worker solutions; for example: coordinate the proper execution of ECRS (Eliminate - Combine - Reduce - Simplify) on Quality and Production standards (QMS, KSR, Inspections, etc.) to focus inspections that are relevant to the operator and support improvement in line reliability. **Maintenance and improvements of solutions:** * Define the routine for updating information in digital tools, aligned with the process owner (LC and Production Leader) and each factory's specific needs. * Propose and implement improvements in standardization processes as well as in the application of tools, following the corporate information escalation flow. **Factory Business Intelligence (BI) contact:** * Responsible for the factory's Power BI Pro license. * Maintain direct communication with the corporate BI team to ensure competency development, adherence to best practices, and compliance with BI standards.
