Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Assistant to provide technical and administrative support, including drawing updates, document coordination, and project tracking. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical and administrative support in project management and maintenance. 2. Updating drawings using AutoCAD and preparing As-built drawings. 3. Document coordination and tracking of corporate projects. **100% Mexican company with 29 years of experience in manufacturing, bottling, and distribution of medical supplies, with presence across most of the national territory, is seeking a PROJECT ASSISTANT** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree, candidate, or incomplete studies in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. **Responsibilities:** * Performing technical and administrative support tasks to assist the project and maintenance documentation department. * Updating drawings using AutoCAD software. * Assisting in the preparation of As\-built drawings. * Coordinating with the assurance department to maintain proper document control across various company departments. * Supporting project planning, tracking, and control through reports or presentation of results. * Managing and safeguarding deliverable documents provided by contractors during each project’s execution and closure. * Printing, scanning, and archiving digital drawings and schematics for future access. **We Offer:** · Weekly payments via BANCOMER. · Statutory benefits. · Job stability. · Fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. · Fixed weekend rest. · Training opportunities.
