




Job Summary: This position focuses on managing, diagnosing, and resolving technical and functional support incidents, as well as implementing, configuring, and training users on ERP systems. User training and continuous improvement of service processes. Job Responsibilities and Activities Incident Management: Handle, diagnose, and resolve technical and functional support tickets, ensuring optimal response times. Implementation and Configuration: Perform installation, configuration, and parameterization of ManagementPro ERP system modules according to client requirements. Training: Train end users on system usage to ensure effective utilization of tools. Remote Technical Support: Provide efficient assistance via shared-access tools to ensure operational continuity. Database Management: Execute basic SQL queries and diagnostics to identify and resolve data inconsistencies. Escalation: Document high-complexity cases and follow up appropriately with the development team. Documentation: Create and maintain updated manuals, user guides, and step-by-step tutorials for system usage.
