Job Summary: We are seeking an in-house, proactive, and solution-oriented web developer to design, develop, and implement websites and landing pages, working closely with the sales and marketing teams. Grupo Entre Islas is building a real estate brand with strategic focus, clear narrative, and scalable growth. At this stage, we need to develop: * Group’s official website * Website for the initial project * First commercial landing pages We seek to temporarily onboard an **in\-house** web developer to work directly, agilely, and aligned with our strategy. **Purpose of the Role** Design, develop, and implement the business’s website and landing pages, collaborating closely with the Sales Director and marketing team. This role is 100% execution-focused, with direct communication and results orientation. **What will this position do?** **Web Development** * Development of the group’s official website. * Development of commercial landing pages. * Implementation of forms and basic conversion flows. * Basic speed and structural optimization. * Ongoing adjustments based on team feedback. **Basic Integrations** * Integration with marketing tools (forms, CRM, simple automations). * Coordination with digital traffic and marketing teams. * Preparation of pages for active campaigns. **Team Collaboration** * Direct communication with the Sales Director. * Alignment with the marketing project manager. * Rapid iterations and constant adjustments. We do not seek theoretically perfect deliverables—we seek **functional, conversion-driven pages**. **Profile** * Junior or mid-level experience in web development. * Knowledge of: * HTML / CSS * Basic JavaScript * WordPress, Webflow, or another CMS (per preference) * Ability to translate designs into responsive, adaptable layouts. * Young, self-taught, and solution-oriented profile. * Strong communication skills and openness to feedback. * Eagerness to execute and learn quickly. We do not require extreme seniority.
