This role is critical to guaranteeing data availability, quality, and efficiency for the Data team. **About the Role’s Responsibilities** * Design and develop robust and scalable ETL/ELT processes. * Orchestrate data flows using tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or similar orchestrators. * Ensure correct execution of data loads by implementing monitoring, alerting, and failure recovery mechanisms. * Optimize processing time and resource consumption in data pipelines. * Automate data ingestion and transformation processes. * Document pipelines, dependencies, and development best practices. * Collaborate with analytics and technology teams to ensure data availability and quality. **About the Role’s Requirements** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT, or similar roles. * Advanced SQL proficiency (mandatory). * Experience with Python (pandas, API consumption, process automation). * Knowledge of orchestrators such as Airflow, Prefect, or similar. * Experience working with large volumes of data and query optimization (desirable). **Key Skills** * Analytical thinking. * Clear communication. * Prioritization and organization. * Proactivity. * Collaborative work. * Operational accountability. **Benefits** Hybrid work model after 90 days with the company.
