Salary increase based on performance after the probationary period **Tender Assistant** A construction company is seeking a Tender Assistant to prepare proposals for public and private construction tenders. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree * Current residence in Merida (mandatory) * Experience handling procedures with government agencies * Experience managing projects (compiling tender files containing administrative and technical documentation) * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel (mandatory) * Experience with construction ERP systems such as Incontrol, Diazar, Contapaqi, etc. * Proven experience in construction site supervision and budgeting * Experience in public and private tender competitions * Willingness to work on-site when required * Flexible working hours **Responsibilities:** * Review tender announcements, invitations to bid, and related documentation * Download and organize tender documents, drawings, concept catalogs, and project annexes * Maintain an updated database of tenders and bidding competitions in which the company participates * Assemble project packages according to the specific data requested by the relevant authority when participating in a tender * Public and private tenders **WE OFFER** * Salary increase upon successful completion of the 3-month probationary period, based on performance, skills, and results * Medium- and long-term growth opportunity * Professional development within the company Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $9,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
