





I am seeking a Technical Support Consultant (in Monterrey, NL) with prior experience in this role to join our team and assist our clients in operating our integrated HR, Payroll, and Attendance Control system. Key Responsibilities: \- Provide technical support to system users. \- Diagnose, address, and resolve incidents related to Human Resources, Payroll, and Attendance modules. \- Document cases, track progress, and ensure proper software operation. \- Perform configurations, functional testing, and validations. \- Train users on system usage. \- Collaborate with development and implementation teams to support continuous improvement. Essential Requirements: \- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in software technical support (ideally in HR, Payroll, or Attendance Control systems). \- Basic knowledge of payroll processes, human resources, or attendance administration. \- Analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and customer service orientation. \- Excellent communication skills and a service-minded attitude. \- Onsite availability. Desirable: \- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and/or reporting. \- Experience delivering user training.
