




We are looking for **Fleet Managers** to join a leading corporation in vehicle rental and management solutions. We seek organized, responsible profiles with a high level of operational discipline and a passion for fieldwork, ensuring control, documentation, and comprehensive operation of the fleet. **Objective:** Ensure the proper administration, control, documentation, and operation of the Idealease fleet, from initial activation through maintenance, tracking, deactivation, or replacement. Guarantee that each unit meets legal, mechanical, and administrative requirements, providing timely support to operations, sales, and customers. **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma * Experience: 3 years in administrative tasks, fieldwork, vehicle-related procedures, documentation, customer service, or operational processes. * Travel: Occasional * Driver's license: Required * Tools: Basic Office, Salesforce, Outlook, computer proficiency, and document handling. * Additional knowledge: Government procedures and vehicle management processes. **Key Competencies:** * Organization and document control * Attention to detail * Clear communication * Performance under pressure * Coordination with internal departments * Responsibility and follow-up * Administrative and operational management * Honesty, reliability, and dynamism (fieldwork) **Role KPIs:** * % of units activated within standard time * Average activation time * % of fleet with complete files * Compliance with state and federal inspections * Response time for lost plates or documents * % of scheduled vs. completed maintenance * Insurance policy renewal compliance **Main Responsibilities:** * Request corresponding policies, invoices, and payments. * Manage signage, devices, purchase orders, and authorized suppliers. * Coordinate physical preparation with the workshop (plates, cameras, fuel, devices, signage). * Handle state and federal procedures: registration plates, inspections, and certifications. * Activate R2R, AMI, or Long-Term units: * Ensure complete documentation and certifications. * Prepare and send required purchase orders. * Communicate activations to relevant departments. * Monitor active units: * Maintain updated physical and digital records. * Manage deliveries and receipts via R2R/AMI app. * Coordinate monthly maintenance and workshop reports. * Supervise devices, inspections, and insurance renewals. * Prepare monthly reports and manage lost plates or documents. * Request vehicle servicing at the workshop. * Manage cancellation of state and federal license plates. * Send corresponding documentation to the management team. * Prepare physical and digital files for final closure. **Offer and Benefits:** * Salary: $14,000 gross monthly * Monthly Vehicle Utilization Bonus (based on overall indicator.
