Team management. **\*\*No Manufacturing\*\*** * Industrial facilities, facility modifications, engineering reviews, knowledge of air conditioning, CCTV, HVAC, access control, smoke detection, PCI, networks and automation, budget and report management. * Knowledge of local and international standards. PMP, Normative 059, NFPA, FM GLOBAL and related. * Knowledge of Lean Construction and/or PMI (desirable) * Knowledge of collaborative work methodologies BIM, IPD, LPS, among others.
