Position Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement of operations, resource optimization, and compliance with quality standards by analyzing, designing, and implementing improvements. Implementation of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, SMED). **Job Description:** A Process Engineer who contributes to the continuous improvement of our operations, ensuring efficiency in production processes, optimization of resources, and adherence to quality standards. The role is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing improvements that increase productivity and reduce costs, while guaranteeing a safe work environment aligned with organizational objectives. **Requirements**: \* Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. \* Advanced English proficiency. \* Experience in manufacturing processes or process engineering within the automotive industry. \* Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, SMED). \* Knowledge and experience in PFMEA, Process Flow, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Analysis, Process Design and Development. \* Analytical and problem-solving skills. **Key Responsibilities:** \* Analyze, design, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality. \* Develop and update work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation. \* Implement continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma). \* Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). \* Conduct time and motion studies. \* Coordinate pilot testing of new processes, materials, or equipment. \* Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Safety departments. \* Propose solutions to reduce waste, costs, and cycle times.
