You have the opportunity to join our Biologicals team as a Production Operator at the plant located in Leon (Mexico). The Production Operator position at Corteva Biologicals plays a key role by carrying out activities within the production plant to meet daily objectives, providing technical assistance, and ensuring safe and proper operations. **Responsibilities:** * Perform scheduled and operational tasks to ensure production plans are met in activities related to milling, weighing, mixing, packaging, as applicable. * Work with shift team members and others to leverage skills and knowledge, balancing workload and ensuring tasks are completed on time. * Participate in implementing Corteva standards (EHS, Quality, Operations, others) and comply with work processes aligned with these standards in the plant’s daily operations to ensure smooth operational functioning. **Requirements:** * Ability to meet physical demands of the job and stand for extended periods of time. * Availability to work full time. * 1 or more years of experience in manufacturing or similar roles. * Completed secondary education, vocational training, or trade apprenticeship certification. * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Ability to quickly learn new systems. * Skills in work organization, setting priorities, and teamwork. * Basic computer skills (Mail, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet, others). * Forklift operation.
