Plastic Injection Company located in the Bajío region Objective: To maintain machinery and equipment owned by the company and by the client in optimal working conditions Duties and responsibilities of the department. 1. Maintain machinery and equipment in optimal working conditions. 2. Perform preventive maintenance on machines according to existing procedures, and corrective maintenance when required, as specified in existing procedures. 3. Must take special care of tools and keep them in good condition for work. 4. Complete logbook reports, maintenance requests, routine inspection checklists, and preventive maintenance reports. 5. Follow guidelines regarding work standards, safety, order, and cleanliness. 6. Must support work teams in activities they carry out whenever required. 7. Perform inspection and installation of new equipment arriving at the plant. 8. Attend training sessions scheduled according to plant needs. 9. Support production in mold repairs related to electrical systems. 10. Record and maintain control of spare parts used on equipment.
