We are currently seeking a Quality Management System Coordinator who will contribute to the growth and well-being of our team. This person will be responsible for ensuring that all processes and areas related to production meet documented standards and requirements, guaranteeing the quality and safety of the finished product. Skills: * Proficiency in Office, ability to work under pressure, sense of urgency, proactive and self-initiated, decision-making, teamwork, honesty, responsibility, commitment, problem-solving, personnel management, analytical thinking, resolution-oriented, observant Experience: * Lean Manufacturing methodology * Quality standards * Management and tracking of KPI indicators Main Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with documented processes. * Implement and monitor an effective quality management system. * Identify improvement opportunities in processes across different departments to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. * Take immediate corrective actions upon non-conformities, investigate root causes, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence. * Provide training and awareness sessions to staff regarding the importance of quality management procedures and requirements. * Implement and monitor 5S practices. * Conduct random audits across various departments and branches to monitor their compliance indicators. * Evaluate staff and stores.
