**Job Position:** Machinist II (CNC Lathe Setup and Operator) **Main Responsibilities:** * Setup and operation of CNC lathes. * Training operators and guiding them in part measurement and setup. * Verification of tolerances per customer specifications. * Reducing changeover time (SMED) and scrap. * Maintaining tools and reducing cycle times. **Knowledge and Skills:** * In-machine CNC programming (mandatory) and MasterCam (preferred). * Operation of turning centers (Okuma preferred). * Interpretation of engineering drawings, GD&T tolerances, and mathematical calculations. * Use of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). * Experience machining steel, bronze, and aluminum. * Setup of bar feeders and technical problem analysis. **Requirements:** * Technical High School Diploma or TSU in CNC Lathe Machining. * Metalworking companies * **Availability for 12-hour rotating shifts** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $19,044.39 – $20,014.52 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
