JOB MISSION: Provide attention and follow-up to clients interested in commercial promotions in the tourism sector, as well as deliver the best service and satisfaction in resolving inquiries and service issues. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Conflict resolution. Friendly and efficient customer service. Data analysis and data filtering on internal platforms (APP Central and Corsario).
