**Cushman & Wakefield Mexico** **Multifunctional Technician** * Inspect facilities, HVAC zones, electrical rooms, plumbing systems, and general workspaces. * Electrical systems, plumbing and water supply, drainage systems, preventive maintenance for general building works, furniture and equipment maintenance, fire safety equipment. * Supervise preventive maintenance performed by vendors. * Perform minor maintenance tasks, including quick repairs and adjustments not requiring specialized contractors. * Basic Excel knowledge. **SCHEDULE**: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and an alternate shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, with flexibility. **WE OFFER:** **Gross monthly salary:** MXN 15,000–16,000, paid biweekly. **Benefits:** Statutory benefits (Social Security, 100% employer contribution, Christmas bonus, vacation days, vacation premium).
