**Requirements:** \- TSU degree in systems, electronics, computer science, or related field. \- Proven experience in multifunctional printer repairs, with basic knowledge in electronics, networks, and servers. **Responsibilities:** \- Respond to malfunctions or incidents in printing equipment. \- Perform preventive maintenance on printing equipment. \- Resolve customer requests by providing support, maintenance, and technical repair services for printing equipment to ensure service availability. \- Handle service tickets via phone, as well as provide onsite and remote support for printing equipment. \- Manage client-specific policy conditions to carry out optimal configurations on workstations.
