### **We are looking for: IT Project Consultant** **León, Guanajuato \| On-site** **Working hours:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM In this role, you will be responsible for **coordinating, executing, and monitoring** technology projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are met. We are seeking a professional with strong analytical capabilities, effective communication skills, and experience in IT project management. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the complete IT project lifecycle (planning, coordination, monitoring, and closure). * Gather requirements and perform functional analysis. * Document progress, risks, deliverables, and agreements. * Coordinate with technical teams, key users, and external vendors. * Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, and service quality. * Propose improvements in processes and work methodologies. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or engineering degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Experience in **IT project management**, tracking deliverables, and stakeholder engagement. * Knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK). * Ability to analyze, document, and communicate technical information. * Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar is desirable. ### **Key Competencies** * Organization and follow-up * Effective communication * Problem-solving * Results-oriented * Collaborative work * Analytical thinking **If you are interested and meet the profile, we encourage you to apply.**
