




1 year of experience in the hospitality industry Education: TSU or bachelor's degree in tourism Greet guests in a friendly and respectful manner, providing all types of information during check-in. Assign rooms. Carry out check-in and check-out procedures. Know the schedules, locations, and menus of the hotel's dining outlets and actively promote them, including upselling. Report pending rooms to the Division Manager for clear and concise logging in the Reception Logbook. After guest registration, ensure that a Bellboy/Bellman accompanies the guest to their room. The host must know the inventory of room types, their locations, and main features to provide better service and meet guest expectations regarding their room. Opera system handling. Answer telephone calls directed to the Reception department and route calls appropriately to other departments. Handle requests, complaints, and reports from guests and external clients regarding hotel services and facilities. Generate invoices for accommodation and/or other hotel services upon client request. Report guest and client requests or comments to the relevant hotel departments as appropriate. Provide information to customers via email or in person. Review arrivals and prepare registrations and keys in advance for all guests, including VIP customer service. Provide solutions and contribute ideas to improve service for guests and clients. Receive, transfer, and make phone calls for guests, clients, and staff, both externally and internally. Switchboard operation. Must consistently display a positive attitude and smile to ensure excellent guest service.
