Review of engineering systems: Air conditioning, CCTV, HVAC, access control, smoke detection, fire protection systems (FPS), electrical, pressurized gases, high voltage knowledge. Software: Excel. AutoCAD. MS Project. **Main Responsibilities:** Act as representative of management and client before engineering contractors and consultants to coordinate and ensure proper execution of work. Validation and/or review of project engineering designs (electrical, mechanical, FPS, air conditioning, stormwater). Validation and interpretation of studies (hydrological, lighting, etc.). Responsible for reporting progress of activities and anticipating deviations and risks. Responsible for project safety compliance and verifying that any scheduled work sequence activity adheres to safety protocols. Responsible for reviewing estimates and approving payments to MEP specialty suppliers. Coordinate cross-disciplinary engineering execution and integration of the Executive Project. Define quality standards and regulations to follow. Review value engineering designs.
