The purpose of our JUNIOR INFORMATION MANAGEMENT ANALYST is to design, build, maintain, and optimize data storage and processing infrastructures and systems to facilitate efficient analysis and utilization, enabling the organization to make informed decisions. Job Responsibilities: Add new data sources or modify existing ones in the company’s BI tool. Assist with data access issues or performance problems. Support users with questions regarding Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Cloud. Provide information to address audit requirements. Support with creation of or questions about ETLs. Review database models. Administer the reporting tool. Answer questions regarding use of the reporting application. Support with SQL query and stored procedure performance issues. Document processes. Maintain applications assigned to the coordination team. Respond to tickets assigned to the coordination team. Review performance issues of databases under our responsibility. Improve internal processes and documentation of the coordination team. Administer the Tableau tool. Manage the database CMDB. Develop strategies that support Data Governance Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field. Experience Requirements: Familiarity with some programming languages (preferably C# or Visual Basic .NET); familiarity with databases (preferably MS SQL Server, Oracle, DB2); Intermediate-level SQL proficiency; ability to identify and document requirements; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, View, Cognos, Power BI).
