Purpose of the Position To provide operational and administrative support to ensure the proper functioning of internal processes, maintain document organization, assist in serving internal and external customers, and guarantee efficiency, control, and compliance with administrative activities. Main Functions and Responsibilities Administrative: \- Management and control of physical and digital files. \- Preparation and tracking of letters, reports, official communications, and documents. \- Registration and updating of databases. \- Invoice control and support in expense reports and bank transaction reports. \- Liaison with banking institutions. Operational: \- Management of services (water, electricity, telephone). \- Telephone and email customer service. \- Office supplies and materials inventory control. \- Data entry into administrative systems. General Support: \- Mail and correspondence reception. \- Support to various departments (HR, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, IMSS). \- Additional assigned tasks. Position Profile Education: \- Completed high school or technical degree (Administration, Accounting, or related field). Experience: \- 1–2 years in administrative roles. Knowledge: \- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. \- Document drafting. \- Document management.
