Accurately identify requested parts using manuals, systems, or technical diagrams. Quote spare parts and prepare commercial proposals including prices, delivery times, and sales terms. Follow up on quotations to finalize orders and maintain an active customer portfolio. Record and update orders in the sales system or internal control. Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams regarding product availability and delivery dates. Handle complaints or returns related to spare parts, ensuring customer satisfaction. Visit clients to promote products, identify new business opportunities, and maintain commercial relationships. Meet monthly sales targets and objectives set by the company.
