




**Position Objective** Provide administrative, organizational and managerial support to General Management, ensuring proper coordination of schedules, communication, handling of confidential information and follow-up on strategic projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the agenda, meetings and work/personal commitments of the general manager. * Coordinate travel, accommodations and logistics for executive events. * Draft, review and follow up on correspondence, official letters and confidential documents. * Prepare presentations, reports and executive summaries. * Screen calls, emails and requests directed to management. * Organize working meetings, minute-taking and follow-up on agreements. * Manage and safeguard sensitive and strategic information. * Coordinate visitor接待 and interactions with key clients/suppliers. * Assist with administrative tasks such as expense control, purchase requisitions and payment processing. * Supervise compliance with protocols regarding order and presentation in executive offices. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Communications or related field. * **Experience:** 2 to 4 years in similar roles providing assistance to senior management. * **Languages:** Basic English (desirable). * **Technical Skills:** * Office Suite / Google Workspace. * Digital calendar management (Outlook, Teams, Zoom). * Executive writing and impeccable grammar. * Executive service protocols and customer service. * High attention to detail * Organization and cleanliness * Service-oriented attitude Type of position: Full-time Salary: Starting at $18,000.00 monthly net Benefits: Additional to legal requirements * Savings Fund * Grocery vouchers * Fuel allowance * Mobile device Work location: On-site job in León, Gto Type of position: Full-time Salary: Starting at $18,000.00 per month Work location: On-site job
