**Position Purpose** Provide first and second level functional support to SAP system users in Mexico and Canada, ensuring the correct operation of business processes in the ERP. **Responsibilities** · Address and resolve incidents reported by users in SAP. · Provide functional support in the MM, FICO, and PM modules. · Document processes and applied solutions. · Collaborate with the IT team to implement system improvements. · Participate in testing new functionalities or scheduled system updates. **Requirements** · Problem analysis and resolution skills. · Effective communication with users and technical team. · Proactivity and willingness to learn. · Teamwork and collaboration. · Empathy and customer orientation. · Adaptability to change and ability to handle pressure. · Experience in ERP user support. · Basic knowledge of business processes. · At least 3 years of experience in the mining industry **Education** · Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, Commerce, Finance, or related fields. **Special Skills and Knowledge** · Functional knowledge of SAP in any of the SAP MM (Materials), FICO (Finance), and PM (Maintenance) modules. · Proficiency in documentation and ticket tracking tools. **Language** · Intermediate level of English (reading, writing, and speaking) desirable.
