We are seeking personnel for the position of **Human Resources Assistant**, performing various administrative tasks related to company employees, requiring excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality. Help create a stimulating, organized, and innovative workplace for the company and its employees. Main Responsibilities: 1\. Incident reporting and payroll. 2\. Maintain up-to-date employee records. 3\. Update HR databases (employee lists, vacation reports). 4\. Perform calculations for severance pay, vacation bonuses, and Christmas bonuses. 5\. Prepare documentation for HR policies and procedures. 6\. Ensure compliance with internal company policies and procedures. 7\. Process employee requests and provide relevant information. 8\. Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and informational seminars. 9\. Recruit and interview new job candidates. 10\. Post job openings and process received CVs. **Requirements** 1\. Completed or incomplete bachelor's degree. (Not currently enrolled students) 2\. Excellent organizational skills. 3\. Strong attention to detail. 4\. In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. 5\. Teamwork skills. 6\. Intermediate level in Excel. 7\.
