**Position Profile** We are seeking a dynamic professional with solid experience in technical sales within the metalmechanical sector, focused on solutions for the construction industry. The ideal candidate combines commercial skills with technical knowledge of products such as metal structures, fastening systems, industrial ironwork, profiles, wire, and specialized components for civil engineering. **Responsibilities** * Prospect and develop new clients in the construction sector (construction companies, developers, engineering firms). * Provide technical advice on metalmechanical products, proposing solutions tailored to each project. * Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and post-sale follow-up. * Meet monthly sales targets and expand the client portfolio. * Participate in tenders, negotiations, and technical site visits. * Stay updated on regulations, industry trends, and products. * Manage collections. **Requirements** * Education: Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field (desirable). * Gender: No preference. * Experience: Minimum of 4 years in technical sales within the metalmechanical industry. * Knowledge: Sales cycle in construction projects, reading architectural and structural drawings, construction regulations and technical specifications. * Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and quotation tools. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. **Key Competencies** * Effective communication and customer orientation. * Negotiation and closing of sales. * Autonomy, proactivity, and results-driven mindset. * Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. **We Offer** * Competitive base salary \+ commission scheme. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Ongoing technical training. * Growth opportunities within a leading company in the sector.
