We are looking for a person with a passion for customer service with the following requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in consumer goods or distribution companies (food, beverages, etc.) Required competencies: * Leadership to handle and solve operational problems. * Tracking internal reports and orders for effective response and delivery. * Database management. * Ability to analyze databases and identify needs of internal and external customers. * Problem solving based on identified needs. * Planning preventive and corrective strategies considering operational needs. * Proficiency in CRM software, Excel pivot tables, Forms, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce (desirable). * Results-oriented. * Service mindset with good emotional management under pressure. * KPI management. * Process tracking. * Presentation of results and report preparation. * Training on smartphone usage. * Promotion audit and control. Working hours: Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
