We are convinced that the combination of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility is the perfect formula to be the best team in the financial sector. **Position Objective:** Determine, based on the Risk Assessment Model (RAM), the exposure to operational risks in branches through reviews according to the annual work program, generating a report to the Deputy Director and Director of Audit regarding identified risks, as well as to the Commercial Area so corrective commitments and actions can be established, leading to an environment of Internal Control Culture. Every day you will face **new and interesting challenges** within your role, in which you will be responsible for: * Evaluate the level of risk exposure in the branch network, based on the Risk Assessment Model (RAM), according to the annual work program. * Validate compliance with internal and external regulations in branch operational processes, in order to prevent sanctions or fines from authorities. * Discuss with auditees, Regional Management, and Territorial Management the review results based on the Risk Assessment Model (RAM), establishing commitments to correct detected deviations and prevent recurrences. * Promote continuous improvement in evaluated operational processes to strengthen the internal control system and best practices in Self-Assessment processes. **Requirements:** * Professional background: Bachelor's degree candidate or graduate; C.P., LAE, Economist, or related fields. * Years of experience: 2 years * Areas of experience: Financial Sector/Banking/Credit Granting * Required knowledge: Windows, WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT (Intermediate), APOLO, CREA, Credit Analysis. * Travel availability: YES At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
