Recent graduates are welcome to apply! This position is located in the state of Baja California in San Quintin and requires a completed engineering degree and shift flexibility. Develop, execute, and improve planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks according to established work plans, ensuring continuity and proper operation of equipment, structures, and systems necessary for berry production in accordance with Driscoll’s policies and procedures. #### **Responsibilities** * Execute the scheduled and predictive, preventive, and all emergency (corrective and preventive) maintenance plans for equipment installed at the facility. * Handle material and tool requests from personnel. * Work on projects implemented on equipment or cooler infrastructure. * Follow up on all preventive and corrective maintenance requests and continuous improvement projects. * Review logs and inspection and service forms. * Support and supervise work performed by external contractors at the plant. * Effectively manage personnel to promote strong performance within the area and support employee development. #### **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, upper level 4-5 * This position is located in the state of Baja California in San Quintin * 48-hour work week, 6 days. * Flexibility in rest day scheduling. (rest day does not always fall on the same day each week) * Shift flexibility during peak seasons.
