We seek talent eager to grow in the coffee world and become part of a team committed to excellence. **What Are We Looking For?** **General Assistant** We seek a person with a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to support both general operational tasks and product deliveries. Main Responsibilities * Deliver products, supplies, and merchandise between branches, customers, and operational locations. * Organize and transport merchandise in an orderly and safe manner. * Support general operational, warehouse, production, or logistics activities as required daily. * Verify that delivered products match orders or received instructions. * Provide operational support across various tasks within Grupo Baristi. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a general assistant, in warehouse and/or delivery roles. * Valid driver's license. * Responsible vehicle operation and basic knowledge of Tijuana’s neighborhoods. * Availability to begin shift at **6:00 a.m.** * Good physical condition for loading, unloading, and moving products. * Service-oriented attitude, punctuality, and responsibility. * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. * Minimum education: junior high school or incomplete/completed high school. **Ideal Profile** This position is ideal for a person who is: * Punctual and reliable. * Energetic and suited for operational work. * Organized and careful with merchandise. * Responsible while driving. * Positive and willing to assist with diverse tasks. * Seeking job stability and growth within a leading expanding company. **We Offer** * Monthly salary: $13,373 MXN (take-home pay) * Location: Zona Rio * Stable employment. * Integration into a growing company. * Proactive and dynamic work environment. * Opportunity for professional development within Grupo Baristi.
