**GRAPHIC DESIGNER** Develop visual solutions aligned with the firm’s business, communication, and positioning objectives. Actively participate in key projects within the Business Development area, as well as institutional content initiatives, branding, and omnichannel campaigns. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or related field. * Intermediate English (reading and comprehension of manuals, tools, and prompts) * Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate, digital, and multimedia design. * Figma and Canva Pro (collaborative design and agile presentations). * Miro / Notion (visual documentation of processes). * HeyGen platform or similar for AI-assisted audiovisual production. * Basic knowledge of visual SEO (sizes, file weight, alt text, best practices). * Visual asset management (DAM: Digital Asset Management). * Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) * Advanced WordPress: layout, responsive design, CSS/HTML adjustments. * UX/UI design principles * A professional, up-to-date portfolio is mandatory, including relevant projects, branding, social media, animated content, and editorial design.
