Generation of maintenance department reports and indicators. **Position Profile:** Professional Intern in Engineering Department: Maintenance Focus: Preventive Maintenance Projects Position Objective: Provide support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of preventive maintenance projects, contributing to improved equipment reliability, reduced downtime, and optimized resource utilization. Requirements: * Currently enrolled student in the final semesters of an Engineering program (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, or related field). * Valid facultative insurance. * Flexible availability (morning shift preferred). * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. * Fundamental knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Familiarity with maintenance metrics (MTBF, MTTR, availability) is desirable. Technical Knowledge: * Basic interpretation of technical drawings and manuals. * Development and updating of maintenance schedules. * Document control. * Data analysis. * Use of digital tools (Excel, ERP, or maintenance software is desirable). Primary Responsibilities: * Assist in developing and updating the annual preventive maintenance schedule. * Update maintenance logs and records. * Participate in on-site technical surveys. * Support analysis of recurring failures. * Generate departmental reports and indicators. * Propose improvements to maintenance processes.
