A construction and real estate development company with over 20 years of experience developing high-rise residential buildings is seeking new talent as a **Junior Project Architect**. **Minimum experience: 1 to 2** years in high-rise residential project development. **Completed studies in**: Architecture, Civil Engineering or related fields. **Responsibilities:** * Design, modeling, and documentation of architectural projects for high-rise residential buildings. Capable of creating creative solutions. * Review of engineering projects, coordination among engineering disciplines, capable of developing structural criteria from an architectural perspective. * Proactive, self-managed, detail-oriented, with experience in on-site project supervision. * Preferably has initiated and completed at least one full project and has been fully responsible for on-site supervision. **Knowledge and Skills:** Proficiency in current RCDF NTCs (Technical Construction Norms), development of high-rise residential buildings of 100+ units, knowledge of MEP systems and structural criteria. **Revit mandatory**, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Rendering software and image editing software, **REVIT (mandatory).** **We offer:** Competitive salary Statutory benefits Working hours: Monday to Friday Work location: Las Palmas, Miguel Hidalgo
