Job Summary: We are seeking Part-Time Physical Therapists for the evening shift to evaluate, design, and implement physical rehabilitation treatments aimed at improving patients' function and quality of life. Key Highlights: 1. Design and implement individualized physical rehabilitation treatments 2. Monitor and adjust the treatment plan according to the patient's progress 3. Educate patients and their families about their condition and recovery We are looking for **Physical Therapists** for the **EVENING PART-TIME SHIFT**, capable of evaluating, designing, and implementing physical rehabilitation treatments for patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities, in order to improve their physical function, reduce pain, and enhance their quality of life. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations of patients and establish individualized treatment plans. * Develop exercise programs and provide manual therapy and other treatments to help patients achieve specific goals. * Monitor patient progress and adjust the treatment plan as necessary. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and provide reports to the treating medical team. * Educate patients and their families about their condition and strategies to promote recovery. **Essential Skills:** * Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with official degree and **professional license.** * Current residence within the metropolitan area of Monterrey, Nuevo León. * Proven experience in evaluating and treating patients with a wide range of injuries and illnesses. * Advanced knowledge of anatomy and physiology. * Familiarity with tools and technologies used in physical rehabilitation. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and adapt to patients' changing needs. * Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. **Schedule:** * ***EVENING SHIFT: Monday to Saturday \- 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM*** **We Offer:** * Base salary: $12,000 MXN per month (tax-free) * Commissions * Annual bonus * 12 vacation days * 15 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc. Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $12,000.00 \- $15,000.00 MXN per month Application Question(s): * What is your availability to start work?
