Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure legal compliance in safety, hygiene, and environmental matters. 2. Investigate and follow up on occupational accidents. 3. Support EHS audits and preparation of government procedures. A leading firm specializing in Environmental Consulting and Occupational Safety and Hygiene is seeking a Junior EHS Coordinator. **Education**: Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration and Sustainable Development, or related field. **Experience**: 5 years in EHS-related positions. **Responsibilities**: * Legal compliance in occupational safety and hygiene. * Legal compliance in environmental matters. * Weekly and monthly meetings with clients. * Daily follow-up on activities led by team leaders. * Review of EHS indicators. * Support for EHS audits. * Preparation of government procedures. * Follow-up on recommendations/findings. * Investigation and follow-up on accidents. * Use of AI tools. **Skills**: * Leadership. * Planning and organization. * Teamwork. * Service-oriented attitude. * Problem analysis. * Accountability. **Requirements**: * Professional degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development, or related field. * 5 years of experience performing EHS activities. * Advanced English proficiency. * Full-time schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. * Personal vehicle. * Advanced Microsoft Office package proficiency. * Experience using AI or digital tools.
