




Position Summary: An experienced Manager is sought to drive organizational growth and viability by overseeing the administration and operation of the system under their responsibility. We seek a Manager with proven experience to drive the organization's business growth and ensure its long-term viability by effectively directing the overall administration and operation of the System under their responsibility, developing and evaluating strategies, policies, objectives, projects, plans, and work programs for their Functional Areas, in order to implement and monitor those that guarantee effective performance and continuous improvement of the System. Responsible for the efficient administration of human, material, and technological resources to ensure optimal area operations. Coordinates strategic planning, defining objectives, performance indicators, and budgets jointly with Regional Management. Supervises the achievement of commercial, operational, and service quality targets, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Identifies expansion opportunities, evaluates their viability, and leads negotiation processes with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners. Manages and monitors key performance indicators, financial statements, and work plans, implementing corrective actions when necessary. Also ensures compliance with legal obligations, internal policies, and operational controls. Leads and develops the work team, promoting training, effective communication, and a productive work environment aligned with organizational values. Represents the company before local authorities and ensures proper execution of audits and internal processes.
