Validate and approve payroll incidents, leave, vacations, and overtime. Guarantee productivity and quality in installations and services. Identify, document, and escalate technical issues affecting platforms, equipment, and external infrastructure. Coordinate tool and equipment inventories with the warehouse. Conduct field supervision of technicians, prioritizing best practices and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations (drills, civil protection, PPE, vehicles). **Requirements:** Previous experience leading technical or field teams. Knowledge of telecommunications, network installation, and maintenance. Familiarity with productivity and quality performance indicators.
