Coordinate and ensure local and long-distance transportation operations, providing continuous customer follow-up and supervising traffic and monitoring of container movements.

We are a logistics and transportation company located in Escobedo, N.L., and we are seeking personnel for the Traffic department to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and ensure timely and accurate execution of local and long-distance transportation operations, providing continuous customer follow-up.
* Supervise traffic and monitor movements of full and empty containers.
* Verify that container entries and exits are correctly recorded in the internal system.
* Track unit status for container pickup and promptly communicate information to customers.
* Ensure proper execution and delivery of container handling operations.
* Address and resolve customer incidents or complaints related to local and long-distance transportation.
* Verify that the monitoring area reports cargo status promptly during transit.
* Prepare waybills.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Logistics, Transportation, International Trade, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the field.
* Knowledge of customs procedures.
* Familiarity with tractor-trailer documentation.
