Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Assistant for maintenance, repair, and technical support of computer systems and networks, as well as inventory management and ERP issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment 2. Technical support to users and equipment administration 3. Knowledge of VPN, servers, cloud services, and ERP IMPORTANT: COMPANY IN THE GAS STATION AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IS SEEKING ***IT ASSISTANT *** ***Requirements*** - Age: 23 to 35 years old - Gender: Male or female - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering - Marital status: Any - Valid driver’s license required; personal vehicle preferred - Work location: San Pedro Garza, with willingness to travel to various work sites ***Knowledge/Skills*** - Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment - Repair and assembly of computer equipment - Technical assistance to users - Equipment administration (inventory control) - Knowledge of VPN equipment and servers - Knowledge of on-premises and cloud services, switch services - Preferably experience with Gal Control and Nexus, or other volumetric control or ERP systems - ERP issue resolution and follow-up ***Benefits*** - Monthly salary: $17,000 net - Statutory benefits - Weekly payment - Excellent working environment . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 35 years Driver’s license: Class A Keywords: assistant, helper, aide, aux, auxiliary, assistant, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar
