***We Are Seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for CEDIS*** **Position: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR** **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Ensure the execution of receiving, storage, and distribution activities—including orders and inter-warehouse transfers—of products sold by the company. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS** * Ensure system entry of product receipts, receiving documentation, sampling, or purchase orders. * Supervise a team of 5 to 6 employees. * Inspect incoming products to maintain inventory accuracy—free of discrepancies and/or anomalies. * Unload products from purchase orders or domestic inter-warehouse transfers. * Ensure proper storage conditions in accordance with the technical and physical characteristics of each product. * Ensure correct placement and location of products within the warehouse. * Conduct cyclic counts for main warehouses, clearance areas, and quarantine zones. * Track undelivered, invoiced orders held in custody. * Deliver orders and inter-warehouse transfers to courier services within scheduled timeframes. * Implement and monitor continuous improvement actions as outlined in the 5S report. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or incomplete bachelor's degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in CEDIS, supervising work teams. * Experience managing and monitoring personnel and departmental KPIs. * Experience conducting audits for inbound and outbound operations. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly base salary: $17,000. * Weekly payroll. * Monthly food vouchers: $1,400. * Monthly productivity bonus: $2,000 (benefit granted after the third month upon plant completion). * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Life insurance. * GMM.
