Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to manage and implement continuous improvement processes, providing support in quality, resource optimization, and production assistance. Objective: Provide support in technical tasks such as **quality**, process management, specification review, inventory support, and resource and supply optimization. Knowledge: Analyze production lines, conduct time and motion studies, and propose improvements to increase efficiency (productivity). Production Support: Collect data on the shop floor, monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and assist in resolving operational technical issues. Documentation and Standardization: Develop and update work instructions, process sheets, and flowcharts. Quality and Safety: Support implementation of ISO standards, Six Sigma, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations to prevent risks. Resource and Logistics Management: Collaborate in inventory control, material handling, and installed capacity analysis. Project Support: Assist in the implementation of new machinery, layouts, or engineering changes.
