We are seeking: **Warehouse Coordinator** Position Requirements * Completed bachelor's degree: Industrial Engineer, IMA, or related field. * Advanced Excel proficiency * Cyclical counting plan, inbound and outbound transactions * Inventory administration * Personnel management Position Responsibilities * Coordinate core deliveries and material outbound shipments based on maintenance work orders. * Maintain reliable inventory to ensure efficient service to our internal customers and avoid inventory overstock. * Core exchange during material delivery. * Ensure outbound shipment of materials and warehouse equipment. * Ensure re-entry of inventory balances upon returns. * Ensure correct core exchange for spare parts delivery to maintenance, completed in the shortest possible time.
