We are seeking a responsible Payroll Executive to calculate, process, and issue payroll receipts (CFDI), manage payments, and handle attendance incidents, ensuring regulatory compliance.

**Payroll Executive**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Calculate and process biweekly/monthly payroll, including earnings, deductions, severance payments, and settlements
* Issue CFDI receipts in accordance with current regulations
* Manage payments to employees, suppliers, and third parties via banking platforms
* Monitor and manage attendance incidents: disabilities, vacations, absences
* Support internal and external audits, ensuring complete and accurate documentation
* Coordinate with Human Resources, Finance, and Legal departments to ensure regulatory compliance
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
**Required Profile:**
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and payment processing
* Solid knowledge of labor and tax legislation (Federal Labor Law, Income Tax Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT)
* Proficiency in banking platforms and intermediate-to-advanced Excel
* High attention to detail, professional ethics, and strong organizational skills
