**Job Requirements** * Completed university studies with a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Faculty of Chemical Sciences. * Experience: 3 years in industrial engineering. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Advanced Excel skills. * Six Sigma certification. **Job Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise industrial engineering projects. * Develop and ensure execution of the Annual Operational Plan. * Manage and administer plant operational information. * Maintain the 5S system. * Ensure implementation of improvements via the Operational Mechanisms Audit System. * Prepare the Monthly Production Bonus Report. * Execute cost-saving and improvement projects at the plant (Six Sigma Projects). * Guarantee proper use and tracking of MSGO. * Ensure and control the budget for REGIOPUNTOS awards. * Propose operational improvements. * Propose and plan the Continuous Improvement Week. * Provide operational information support to functional areas. **Job Mission** * Maintain and promote a culture of Continuous Improvement across the organization through implementation of work systems; monitoring and tracking of operational indicators \& projects; management of structured projects using DMAIC, KAIZEN, and PDCA methodologies; statistical analysis of data; and staff training on problem-solving tools. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Competitive monthly salary * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * 21-day Christmas bonus * 45% vacation premium * Training and professional development opportunities * Positive work environment * Opportunities for internal career growth Employment type: Full-time Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
