Job Summary: Conduct diagnostics and perform specialized cabinetmaking and fine woodworking repairs, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic finish; document processes and collaborate to support continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized furniture and fine woodworking repair. 2. Collaboration with technical teams for complex repairs. 3. Contribution to the continuous improvement of repair methods. Perform detailed physical condition assessments of received goods to determine required repair or restoration processes based on product type. ➔ Execute specialized cabinetmaking and fine woodworking tasks, structural adjustments, hardware repair, sealing, and removal or replacement of components, ensuring functionality and aesthetic finish. ➔ Address warranty and non-warranty repair requests, following internal guidelines and case-specific requirements. ➔ Collaborate with other service areas and technical staff to ensure coordinated execution of complex repairs involving integration with other parts or systems. ➔ Record diagnostics, repair processes, materials used, and labor time in the internal system (SINELI), providing data for warranty and service tracking. ➔ Coordinate with the Warranty and Service Supervisor regarding work scheduling, service priorities, and delivery timelines for repaired products. ➔ Verify quality of completed work before releasing goods for customer return or inventory reintroduction. ➔ Contribute to the continuous improvement of repair methods and finishing techniques by proposing more efficient processes or tools that enhance service quality. ➔ Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper storage of tools, machinery, and materials required for repairs. ➔ Support training of assistants or operational staff when required to standardize work practices.
