Promote a culture of safety, respect, and quality service Leading Telecommunications Company Seeks **TRAINING SPECIALIST FOR FIBER OPTIC INSTALLERS** ------------------------------------------------- **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design, deliver, and evaluate technical, operational, and customer service training programs for telecommunications technicians and assistants, ensuring personnel acquire the necessary competencies to perform their jobs efficiently, safely, and with quality. * Evaluation and submission of DNC reports. * Descriptive letter for each training session. * Training schedule. * Evaluation of training effectiveness. * Modifications and updates. * Promote a culture of safety, respect, and quality service. * Select the most effective teaching methods and techniques according to the group (theoretical, practical, on-site, virtual). * Determine the duration and frequency of training programs. * Adjust content according to participants' comprehension levels. * Recommend certification, accreditation, or course repetition based on trainees' performance. * Prioritize training needs according to operational urgency. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly gross salary of $17,000. * Statutory benefits. * Enhanced benefits: Minor medical expense insurance, life insurance, savings fund, payroll advance, department store discounts. * Laptop and mobile phone. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** Microsoft Office suite and various platforms for educational content creation. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays) * 8 am \- 5 pm **WORK LOCATION:** Lomas 64030 Monterrey, N.L.
